• Reservation must be made at least 45 days prior to the requested travel date and must be made to customercare@q-breaks.com, indicating requested travel date as well as any alternatives if requested travel date and resort are not available.
• The Package includes breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.
• The Package does not include transfers or other incidentals.
• Booking fee of USD 118 will be charged upon booking.
• Once booking is confirmed, NO CANCELLATION is allowed.
• Guest Certificate fee of USD 50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered customer.
• Split week booking (different and separated period) is not allowed.
• Package is NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid during June, July, August, September, Bayram Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
• Utilisation validity of within 1 year from date of purchase. NO EXTENSION of validity period is allowed.
